We are looking for an experienced Senior Architect to lead the design and technical coordination of premium corporate interior projects from concept to handover. /n /n Key Responsibilities /n • Lead concept design, space planning and design development for corporate interior projects /n • Prepare and review layout plans, working drawings and GFC drawings /n • Coordinate with clients, consultants, MEP teams and project managers /n • Guide architects and designers throughout the design process /n • Ensure design quality, functionality and compliance with project requirements /n • Coordinate material selection, finishes and design specifications /n • Support estimation and procurement teams with technical inputs /n • Attend client presentations,
