Job Summary

We are looking for a Senior Financial Analyst FP&A; to support the Finance team by driving budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and business analysis. The role requires partnering with commercial and cross-functional teams to provide actionable insights, improve business performance, and support strategic decision-making

.Key Responsibilities

- Lead annual budgeting and periodic forecasting processes.
- Prepare monthly financial reports, variance analysis, and management insights.
- Analyze business performance, profitability, and financial trends.
- Monitor gross margins, pricing, customer profitability, and trade schemes.
- Track inventory ageing, working capital, receivables, and payables.
- Partner with Sales, Commercial,



and Supply Chain teams to improve financial performance.
- Support pricing decisions, deal evaluations, and profitability analysis.
- Improve reporting and forecasting processes using Excel, Power BI, and Power Query.
- Prepare management dashboards and reporting presentations.
- Collaborate with Global Finance teams on financial planning and reporting activities.

Required Skills

- 5-13 years of experience in Finance & Accounting with mandatory FP&A; experience.
- Solid expertise in Budgeting, Forecasting, Financial Planning, and Variance Analysis.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Advanced Excel and Power BI proficiency (mandatory).
- Knowledge of SAP, Microsoft Dynamics 365, and Power Query is preferred.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, global environment.
