Position: Senior Accountant

Location: Agartala, Tripura

Experience: 7-10 years

Salary- 30-40k

Key Responsibilities

- Handle day-to-day accounting and financial transactions.
- Manage billing, invoicing, and dispatch-related documentation.
- Coordinate with the dispatch and logistics teams for timely billing and dispatch.
- Prepare invoices, delivery challans, e-way bills, and other dispatch documents.
- Maintain books of accounts, ledgers, vouchers, and supporting documents.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable.
- Handle bank reconciliation, GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Monitor expenses, payments, and cash flow.
- Coordinate with auditors, banks, vendors, customers, and internal departments.




- Prepare MIS and accounting reports for management.
- Ensure accurate records and compliance with company policies.

Requirements

- Strong experience in billing, invoicing, dispatch documentation, and accounts management.
- Knowledge of Tally, MS Excel, GST, TDS, and statutory compliance.
- Experience in a manufacturing/production or plywood company will be preferred.
- Valuable analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to independently handle accounting and billing operations.
- Good communication and coordination skills.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
