- Manage fixed assets for office equipment and build outs and Corporate IT projects.

/n

- Assist with preparation of monthly journal entries related to accruing professional fees related to G&A;, IT projects, tax estimates, payroll, and other corporate expenses.

/n

- Assist with analysis of the G&A; Expenses at Corporate level to identify key drivers for changes in performance, trends, and potential anomalies, for management review.





/n /n /n /n Qualifications /n /n /n /n

- BA/BS in relevant field

/n

- 3+ years of experience

/n

- 3 years relevant in real estate

/n /n /n /n Required Skills /n /n /n /n

- Attention to detail for timely and accurate reporting

/n

- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel

/n

- Prior Corporate Accounting Experience (preferred)

/n /n /n /n Preferred Skills /n /n /n /n

- Real Estate Industry (preferred)

- Yardi experience (preferred)
