nResponsibilities

ncorporate accounting, fund accounting, real estate funds, reconciliation, general Ledger.

n

n

n

n
- Manage fixed assets for office equipment and build outs and Corporate IT projects.
n
- Assist with preparation of monthly journal entries related to accruing skilled fees related to G&A;, IT projects, tax estimates, payroll, and other corporate expenses.
n
- Assist with analysis of the G&A; Expenses at Corporate level to identify key drivers for changes in performance, trends, and potential anomalies, for management review.
n

nnQualifications

- BA/BS in relevant field
n
- 3+ years of experience
n
- 3 years relevant in real estate
n

n

nnRequired Skills

n

n

n

n
- Attention to detail for timely and accurate reporting
n
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel
n
- Prior Corporate Accounting Experience (preferred)
n

n

nnPreferred Skills

n

n

n
- Real Estate Industry (preferred)
n
- Yardi experience (preferred)
