Responsibilities

1.Monitor and control quality parameters in RW weigh feeder

1. Advanced Instrumentation & Analysis, potentiometer for measures chloride ion (Cl) concentration, flash point analyzer, Karl Fischer (KF) moisture analyzer, Bomb calorimeter, Run ICP analyzer (Inductively Coupled Plasma), CHN Analyzer (Carbon, Hydrogen, Nitrogen Analyzer), Ash Analyzer

3.Draw representative samples and test incoming alternative fuels/raw materials for key parameters, Calorific Value (GCV/NCV), moisture content, ash percentage, volatile matter, total organic carbon (TOC) and particle size distribution 4.Rigorously monitor and flag heavy metals, chlorine, sulfur, and fluorine concentrations to prevent kiln ring formation, preheater jamming or bypass corrosion

5.Perform structural analysis of pre-qualification samples submitted by third-party waste vendors before commercial supply is approved.





6.Perform chemical analysis to ensure product quality compliance

Conduct AFR testing (calorific value, ash, moisture) for productive combustion control.

7.Ensure strict calibration of all AFR laboratory equipment and proper functioning of AFR laboratory instruments.

1. Maintain complete chemical profiling datasheets, material safety data sheets (MSDS), compatibility matrices and shift quality logs for audit readiness.
2. Follow safety, environmental, and quality standards as per plant guidelines.

10.Ensure all waste handling, storage and testing methods align with State Pollution Control Board (SPCB), Central Pollution Control Board (CPCB) and ISO 14001 / 45001 guidelines. 11.Coordinate closely with the AFR operations and production teams to design optimal blending ratios for multi-component waste streams.

12.Track the total heat contribution from AFR to ensure steady-state thermal replacement rates (TSR) without compromising clinker mineralogy or thermal efficiency.
