Role Description The Search Engine Optimization (SEO) Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Guntur. This role is responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing SEO strategies to improve organic search visibility and drive qualified traffic to client and internal websites.

Day-to-day tasks include performing technical and content SEO audits, conducting keyword research, monitoring rankings and traffic, and managing link-building initiatives in alignment with brand and compliance standards. The SEO Manager regularly analyzes web analytics data, prepares performance reports, and collaborates with marketing, content, and development teams to implement SEO best practices.



The role also involves staying current with search engine algorithm updates, industry trends, and tools to continuously refine and enhance SEO performance.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess robust skills in conducting SEO Audits and identifying technical, on-page, and content optimization opportunities.
- Candidates should possess skills in Keyword Research, including search intent analysis, competitive research, and keyword mapping to pages.
- Candidates should possess skills in Link Building, such as outreach, relationship management, and developing ethical, high-quality backlink strategies.
- Candidates should possess skills in Web Analytics, including using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and other SEO platforms to track and interpret performance.
- Candidates should possess Marketing skills, with the ability to align SEO strategies with broader digital marketing, content, and brand objectives.
- Experience with on-page optimization, technical SEO (site speed, mobile friendliness, structured data), and CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress) is beneficial.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and reporting skills, with attention to detail and the ability to present insights clearly to stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Prior experience in an SEO specialist or manager role within IT services, consulting, or staffing environments is an advantage.
