Role Description The Search Engine Optimization Manager at Urbanrise is a full-time, in office role based in Hyderabad. This role is responsible for developing and executing SEO strategies that improve organic visibility, drive qualified traffic, and support lead generation for the company’s real estate projects.

Day-to-day responsibilities include performing SEO audits, conducting keyword research, managing on-page and off-page optimization, and overseeing link-building initiatives. The role also involves monitoring performance through web analytics, collaborating with marketing and content teams, and regularly reporting on SEO outcomes and opportunities for improvement.



The SEO Manager will work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to align SEO activities with broader marketing and business objectives.

Qualifications

- Strong proficiency in SEO Audits and Keyword Research, with the ability to identify technical and content-related opportunities.
- Hands-on experience with Link Building strategies, including outreach and high-quality backlink acquisition.
- Practical knowledge of Web Analytics tools (such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and similar platforms) to track and optimize performance.
- Experience in Marketing, particularly digital and content-focused initiatives that support SEO goals.
- Familiarity with on-page and technical SEO best practices, including site architecture, metadata, mobile optimization, and page speed.
- Ability to interpret data, generate insights, and present clear, actionable SEO reports to stakeholders.
- Solid communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with marketing, design, and development teams on-site.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field; relevant certifications in SEO or digital marketing are an advantage.
- Prior experience in real estate or property-related domains is beneficial but not required.
