About the Role

We are looking for an ambitious, hands-on SDE 2 to take end-to-end ownership of core product modules. In this role, you will partner closely with product managers to solve real user problems at scale, design resilient distributed systems, and directly drive business performance metrics. You will be instrumental in innovating our tech stack—ensuring high performance, seamless maintainability, and fault-tolerant scalability.

Roles & Responsibilities

- End-to-End Ownership: Own the complete product life cycle—from system design and implementation to deployment, verification, and monitoring
- Product & Metric Drive: Collaborate with Product teams to translate user pain points into technical solutions; take direct accountability for technical and product performance metrics
- Architecture & Scalability: Architect, build, and maintain highly scalable, reliable, and secure microservices while continually optimizing performance and system maintainability
- Technical Innovation: Drive best practices in coding standards, system design, testing, and system architecture to ensure high operational efficiency
- Module Leadership: Lead specific product modules, mentor junior engineers,



and drive technical alignment within the squad

Requirements & Qualifications Mandatory Qualifications & Technical Skills:

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Technology/Engineering ( B.E. / B.Tech ) in Computer Science or IT
- Experience: 3 to 5 years of hands-on software and product development experience in high-growth tech environments (prior startup experience preferred)
- Core Languages & Frameworks: Proficiency in languages and frameworks like Python, JavaScript, Django, Go, or React.js
- Databases: Hands-on experience with Relational Databases ( PostgreSQL, MySQL ) and NoSQL Databases ( MongoDB, Elasticsearch )
- Cloud & Infrastructure: Solid hands-on knowledge of Linux, Docker, and Kubernetes . Deep understanding of systems, networking, and cloud security fundamentals
- DevOps & CI/CD: Practical experience with continuous integration and deployment pipelines using GitHub Actions, Jenkins , or similar tools

Positive to Have:

- AWS Certification (Solutions Architect, Developer, or SysOps)
- Hands-on experience with core AWS services including EC2, RDS, Lambda, CloudFront, and EKS
