We are seeking an experienced SAP UI5 Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in developing custom SAP UI5 applications, SAP BTP CAP services, and integrating gateway OData/JSON services. This role requires a deep understanding of SAP UI5 controls, Fiori design patterns, and front-end technologies like HTML5, CSS, and JavaScript.

Role and Responsibilities :

1. Custom SAP UI5 Application Development:

- Develop custom SAP UI5 applications tailored to meet specific business requirements.
- Ensure applications are responsive, user-friendly, and adhere to Fiori design patterns.

2. SAP BTP CAP Services :

- Develop and implement SAP BTP CAP (Cloud Application Programming) services.
- Leverage SAP BTP capabilities to enhance application functionality and performance.

3. Integration with Gateway OData/JSON Services :

- Integrate SAP UI5 applications with gateway OData/JSON services.
- Perform CRUD operations and ensure seamless data flow between frontend and backend systems.

4. Frontend Development :

- Utilize HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, and XML to develop robust frontend components.
- Ensure the applications are visually appealing and maintain a consistent user experience.

5. Consuming APIs :

- Consume XML and JSON data using REST APIs.
- Ensure efficient data handling and integration within SAP UI5 applications.

6. Test Automation :

- Implement test automation for mock testing and ensure high code coverage.
- Conduct thorough testing to ensure application quality and performance.

7. Documentation and Troubleshooting :

- Document application designs, development processes, and troubleshooting procedures.




- Provide technical support and resolve issues as they arise.

8. Collaboration and Communication :

- Work closely with backend developers, business analysts, and stakeholders to gather requirements and provide technical solutions.
- Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to ensure project success.

**Qualifications :
1. Experience** :

- Extensive experience in developing custom SAP UI5 applications.
- Proven experience in developing SAP BTP CAP services.
- Strong knowledge of SAP UI5 controls and Fiori design patterns.
- Experience with gateway OData/JSON services and CRUD operations.

2. Technical Skills :

- Proficiency in HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, and XML.
- Strong understanding of REST APIs and experience consuming XML and JSON data.
- Experience with test automation for mock testing and ensuring code coverage.

3. Tools and Frameworks :

- Familiarity with SAP Web IDE, BAS, and other development tools.
- Knowledge of GitLab, Jenkins, or similar CI/CD tools is a plus.

4. Documentation :

- Ability to create and maintain detailed documentation of application designs and development processes.

5. Communication :

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
