We are looking for an experienced SAP SD Consultant to support AMS (Application Management Services) engagements. The role involves L2/L3 production support, incident and problem management, minor enhancements, and continuous improvement for global SAP SD environments.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide L2/L3 SAP SD production support and resolve incidents, service requests, and defects within agreed SLAs.
- Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and implement permanent solutions for recurring issues.
- Handle minor enhancements and configuration changes.
- Prepare Functional Specifications (FS) and coordinate with ABAP teams.
- Support release cycles, transport management, regression testing, and UAT.
- Act as an SAP SD functional point of contact for business users and clients.
- Support global stakeholders across US, Europe, and APAC regions.
- Handle SD integration issues with FI, MM, WM/EWM.
- Monitor and troubleshoot IDocs, interfaces, outputs, and background jobs.
- Maintain ticket documentation, SOPs, KT documents, and knowledge base.




- Participate in transition and knowledge-transfer activities.

Required Skills
- Robust hands-on experience in SAP SD.
- Strong knowledge of Sales Order Management, Pricing, Condition Technique, Delivery, Shipping, PGI, Billing, and Invoicing.
- Experience with Returns, Credit/Debit Memo processing, and end-to-end O2C (Order-to-Cash) processes.
- 5+ years of relevant SAP SD experience.
- Experience in AMS / production support projects.
- Experience working in ITIL-based and SLA-driven environments.
- Hands-on experience with ticketing tools such as ServiceNow, Remedy, or JIRA.
- Exposure to SAP S/4HANA SD is preferred.
- Knowledge of global rollouts and multi-country SAP templates is an advantage.
- Basic knowledge of Output Management, BRF+, and Adobe Forms is preferred.
