Job Title - SAP S/4Hana FI-PC Consultant (Supply Chain)

Profile: SAP CO-PC Techno-Functional Consultant with Supply Chain Finance depth and Life Sciences exposure

Primary Focus: Product Costing, Material Ledger, Actual Costing on SAP S/4HANA across supply chain processes

DELIVERY EXPECTATION

This is a senior techno-functional role at the intersection of supply chain operations and financial controlling. The client needs someone who understands how costs move through a manufacturing or procurement cycle and can configure, design and deliver that in S/4HANA:

- End-to-end Product Costing design and configuration: standard cost estimates, cost object controlling, WIP calculation and variance analysis.
- Material Ledger and Actual Costing implementation: actual cost rollup, price determination and periodic costing runs.
- Cost flow design across procurement (MM) and production (PP) into financial settlement.
- Supply chain costing models in regulated Life Sciences environments.
- Delivery across multiple S/4HANA project phases: blueprint, build, SIT, UAT, cutover and go-live support.

TECHNICAL CAPABILITY REQUIRED Product Costing — CO-PC

- Standard cost estimates: costing variants, costing sheets, overhead calculation and cost component structure design.
- Cost object controlling: production orders, process orders and product cost collectors.
- WIP calculation, variance analysis and settlement to Financial Accounting.
- Costing runs: collective processing, price updates and cost release across plants and company codes.

Material Ledger & Actual Costing

- Material Ledger activation,



configuration and valuation area setup.
- Actual costing: price determination, actual cost rollup and revaluation of consumption.
- Period-end closing activities: ML cockpit, costing run and revaluation.

Supply Chain Integration

- MM integration: purchase order costing, GR/IR account determination, invoice verification and inventory valuation.
- PP integration: production order settlement, activity type allocation and BOM/routing cost flows.
- FI integration: cost settlement to GL, account determination and period-end stock account reconciliation.

S/4HANA Project Delivery

- Multiple full-cycle S/4HANA implementations covering greenfield, brownfield and system conversion scenarios.
- Strong configuration and functional specification skills across design, build and testing phases.
- Experience leading business workshops, requirement gathering, gap analysis and solution design documentation.

INDUSTRY & PROCESS KNOWLEDGE Strong familiarity with supply chain and financial processes in at least one regulated or complex manufacturing environment:

- Life Sciences (Pharma / Medical Devices)
- Plan-to-Produce (PP)
- Discrete & Process Manufacturing
- Record-to-Report (FI/CO)
- Procurement-to-Pay (MM)
- Inventory Valuation & Stock Costing

COLLABORATION & COMMUNICATION

- Comfortable engaging directly with Finance Controllers, Supply Chain leads and business process owners.
- Able to translate complex costing logic into clear functional designs that business stakeholders can validate.
- Experienced working across global, cross-functional teams in agile and hybrid delivery environments.
- Solid documentation skills: functional specs, configuration guides, test scripts and cutover plans.
