Job Responsibilities

- Provide day-to-day SAP support for Production Planning (PP), Quality Management (QM), Materials Management (MM) and Plant Maintenance (PM).
- Work closely with Production, Quality, Stores, Purchase, Maintenance and Planning departments; Hindi communication is mandatory.
- Execute and monitor SAP business transactions and ensure accurate master and transactional data.
- Support PP: BOM, Routing, Work Center, Production Orders, Confirmations, Material Consumption, Goods Receipt and MRP.
- Support QM: Inspection Lots, Inspection Results, Usage Decisions, Quality Notifications and Inspection Plans.
- Support MM: PR, PO, Goods Receipt, Material Movements, Stock Transfers, Physical Inventory and Material Master.
- Support PM: Maintenance Notifications, Maintenance Orders, Equipment, Functional Locations, Breakdown, Preventive Maintenance and Confirmations.
- Monitor PP-QM-MM-PM integration and coordinate with departments for issue resolution.
- Analyze SAP errors, identify root causes and coordinate with functional/technical teams.
- Participate in UAT, functional testing, regression testing, enhancements and rollout activities.
- Prepare test cases, SOPs, process documents and user-training materials; train current users.
- Support month-end/year-end activities and prepare SAP reports/data for operational and management requirements.

Key Skills / Module Knowledge

- SAP PP: MRP, BOM, Routing, Work Center, Production Orders, Confirmation, GI/GR,



Production Versions.
- SAP QM: Inspection Types, Inspection Lots, MIC, Inspection Plans, Results Recording, Usage Decision, Quality Notifications.
- SAP MM: PR, PO, GR, GI, Stock Transfer, Physical Inventory, Material Master and Inventory Management.
- SAP PM: Equipment, Functional Location, Maintenance Notification/Order, Preventive and Breakdown Maintenance.
- Good understanding of PP-MM, PP-QM, MM-PM and FI/CO integration; exposure to SAP ECC or S/4HANA.
- Strong business-process understanding, troubleshooting and cross-functional coordination skills.

Qualification & Candidate Profile

- Diploma / B.Tech - Mechanical preferred, to understand manufacturing and production processes.
- 2-3 years of relevant SAP PP + QM + MM + PM end-user / in-house support experience.
- Candidates should demonstrate practical SAP transaction and business-process knowledge.
- For this role, full SAP implementation/consulting experience is not mandatory; in-house support and process knowledge are preferred.

Job Details

- Factory location: Ameenji Rubber Limited, TSIIC Kucharam, approximately 35 km from Hyderabad.
- No company cab/transport facility.
- 6 days working per week with rotational shifts.
- Employment/payroll: Under Quess Corp Limited.
- Salary: Up to 4.00 LPA, depending on current salary and relevant experience.
- Immediate requirement: 6 positions.
