•SAP NetWeaver Consultant – SAP S/4HANA Program

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced SAP NetWeaver Consultant to support and maintain the SAP technology landscape for large-scale SAP S/4HANA transformation programs. The consultant will be responsible for SAP system administration, installation, upgrades, integrations, performance optimization, and technical support across SAP environments.

Key Responsibilities

- Administer, monitor, and maintain SAP NetWeaver landscape including SAP S/4HANA systems.
- Perform SAP system installation, configuration, refreshes, upgrades, and patch management activities.
- Manage SAP application servers, SAP Web Dispatcher, SAP Gateway, SAP Fiori, and SAP Solution Manager components.
- Execute SAP kernel upgrades, support package implementations, and system copy activities.
- Monitor system performance and optimize SAP application and database resources.
- Manage transport management system (TMS) and support release deployments across landscapes.
- Configure and support SAP Fiori Launchpad and SAP Gateway services.




- Troubleshoot SAP system issues and work closely with Basis, Infrastructure, Security, and Functional teams.
- Support high availability (HA) and disaster recovery (DR) setups for SAP landscapes.
- Coordinate with infrastructure teams on server sizing, OS administration, storage management, and network connectivity.
- Perform user administration, role assignments, and security-related activities in coordination with SAP Security teams.
- Ensure compliance with organizational IT governance, audit, and security standards.
- Support SAP integration technologies including PI/PO, CPI, and other middleware platforms as required.
- Participate in SAP S/4HANA migration, conversion, and upgrade projects.
- Prepare technical documentation, SOPs, architecture diagrams, and operational manuals.

Technical Skills

- Solid experience in SAP NetWeaver Administration and SAP Basis.
- Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA landscapes.
- Experience in:

o SAP NetWeaver Application Server o SAP Gateway o SAP Fiori o SAP Web Dispatcher o SAP Solution Manager o SAP HANA Database Administration
- Knowledge of SAP system monitoring and performance tuning.




- Experience with SAP Landscape Management and Transport Management System (TMS).
- Understanding of SAP authorization concepts and security administration.
- Experience in SAP system copy, refresh, client copy, backup, and recovery activities.
- Exposure to Linux/Unix and Windows server administration.
- Knowledge of Cloud platforms (SAP BTP, Azure, AWS, or GCP) is preferred.

SAP S/4HANA Experience

- Minimum 2 to 3 end-to-end SAP S/4HANA implementation, migration, or conversion projects.
- Experience supporting Greenfield, Brownfield, or Selective Data Transition programs.
- Knowledge of SAP Fiori architecture and S/4HANA technical landscape.
- Familiarity with SAP Activate methodology and SAP Best Practices.

Preferred Skills

- SAP BTP administration and integration exposure.
- Experience with SAP Cloud Connector.
- Knowledge of SAP CPI, PI/PO integrations.
- Experience with automation and scripting tools.
- Exposure to SAP Focused Run and SAP Solution Manager operations.

Qualifications

- SAP NetWeaver/Basis Certification preferred.
- SAP HANA Administration Certification is an added advantage.

Experience

- 6 to 12 Years of SAP Basis/NetWeaver administration experience.
- At least 2+ years of SAP S/4HANA project experience.
- Experience working in global delivery and support environments.
