Key Responsibilities

- Configure and support SAP FI and CO modules based on business requirements.
- Handle General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Asset Accounting (AA), Bank Accounting, and Controlling (CO) processes.
- Gather business requirements, prepare functional specifications, and translate requirements into SAP solutions.
- Configure and maintain SAP FICO organizational structures, master data, and financial processes.
- Work on integration between SAP FICO and MM, SD, PP and other SAP modules.
- Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end financial closing activities.
- Troubleshoot production issues and provide root-cause analysis and resolution.
- Participate in SAP implementation, rollout, migration, enhancement, and support projects.
- Prepare functional specifications and coordinate with ABAP/technical teams for developments.
- Conduct testing, including unit testing, integration testing, and UAT support.
- Prepare user documentation and provide knowledge transfer/training to business users.
- Work closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, and project managers.

Required Skills

- 5+ years of relevant SAP FICO experience.
- Strong hands-on knowledge of SAP FI and CO.




- Expertise in GL, AP, AR, AA, Bank Accounting and Cost/Profit Center Accounting.
- Good understanding of financial accounting and controlling business processes.
- Experience with SAP integration with MM and SD.
- Strong experience in configuration, testing, troubleshooting, and production support.
- Experience working with business users and handling requirement discussions independently.
- Valuable knowledge of SAP implementation/support methodologies.
- Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.

Preferred Skills

- Experience with SAP S/4HANA Finance.
- Knowledge of Universal Journal / ACDOCA.
- Experience with SAP migration or S/4HANA transformation projects.
- SAP FICO certification will be an added advantage.
- Experience in global implementations or multi-country projects
