Job Summary

- Around 8–10 years of experience across Application Maintenance (AM) support and Application Development (AD)/enhancements. Strong expertise in Condition Contract Management, including rebates, settlements, and accruals, complemented by solid working knowledge of SD and Pricing. Proven ability to manage production support, drive continuous improvements, and deliver enhancements aligned to evolving business needs in S/4 environments.
- • Lead and deliver enhancements in CCM processes, including new contract types, settlement logic, and business-specific rebate models.
- • Gather and translate business requirements into functional specifications (FS) for RICEF objects.
- • Configure condition contract types, pricing conditions, settlement settings, and integration points.
- • Work closely with technical teams for custom development, testing, and deployment.
- • Support SIT, UAT cycles,



and ensure defect-free releases into production.
- • Drive process optimization and automation initiatives within CCM and pricing areas.
- • Provide L2/L3 support for SAP S/4 CCM processes, ensuring SLA adherence and minimal business disruption.
- • Analyse and resolve issues related to rebate processing, settlement runs, accrual postings, and pricing inconsistencies.
- • Perform root cause analysis (RCA) for recurring defects and implement preventive fixes.
- • Handle incident, problem, and service requests within ITSM tools (e.g., ServiceNow).
- • Monitor and validate period-end settlement runs and financial postings.
- • Collaborate with SD/FI teams for cross-module issue resolution.
- • Leverage SD & Pricing knowledge to ensure seamless O2C integration and pricing accuracy.
- • Ensure transport, release, and change management governance is followed for all enhancements.
- • Maintain documentation, KT sessions, and process standardization.
