We’re looking for a confident and customer-focused Sales & Support Executive to join our team.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle sales calls, lead follow-ups, and customer queries.
- Conduct product demos and explain software features.
- Support client onboarding and basic training.
- Resolve basic product and usage-related issues.
- Maintain client follow-ups and customer records.
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
