About The Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Salesforce Specialist to join our dynamic team. This role involves leading solution design and delivery across our core CRM platform, including the Data and AI layers. As a senior individual contributor with team lead responsibilities, you will own the architecture, mentor engineers, and serve as the primary technical interface with clients.

Your expertise will be pivotal in designing and implementing scalable, effective, and innovative Salesforce solutions that align with client business objectives. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of Salesforce ecosystems, particularly Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Data Cloud, and Agentforce, along with a strong background in data integration, AI, and cloud architecture.

Qualifications

- Proven hands-on experience with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud,



with a strong understanding of their functionalities and best practices.
- Extensive experience with Data Cloud, including data ingestion pipelines, identity resolution, and creating unified Customer 360 profiles.
- Working knowledge of Agentforce, including Topics, Actions, Prompt Templates, and Trust Layer.
- Proficiency in SQL and experience with Business Intelligence tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
- Relevant Salesforce certifications including Sales Cloud Consultant, Service Cloud Consultant, Data Cloud Consultant, Salesforce Data Architect, and Agentforce Specialist.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex requirements into scalable technical solutions.
- Strong leadership qualities with experience mentoring and reviewing work of engineering teams.
- Effective communication skills for presenting architecture decisions to clients and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

- Own the end-to-end solution architecture for Salesforce platforms including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Data Cloud, and Agentforce.
- Design and implement Sales Cloud solutions covering lead-to-opportunity lifecycle, Configure Price Quote (CPQ), forecasting, and Einstein productivity tools.
- Architect Service Cloud solutions such as case management, Omni-Channel routing, Knowledge management, and self-service portals.




- Develop Data Cloud ingestion pipelines, implement identity resolution strategies, and create comprehensive Customer 360 profiles.
- Build and deploy Data Cloud-grounded Agentforce agents tailored for sales, service, and personalization use cases.
- Lead, mentor, and review the work of the Salesforce engineering team to ensure best practices and high-quality deliverables.
- Engage with clients and enterprise architects to present architecture decisions, gather feedback, and ensure alignment with business goals.
- Stay updated with the latest Salesforce features and industry trends to continuously enhance solution offerings.
