n About the Role

nWe are looking for an experienced Salesforce Lead – Revenue Cloud / Agentforce Revenue Management (ARM) to join our team in Bangalore.

nThe ideal candidate will have strong hands-on expertise in Salesforce Revenue Cloud Advanced (RCA), Revenue Cloud Billing (RCB), CPQ , and proven experience delivering at least one end-to-end ARM implementation .

nKey Responsibilities

n• Design, develop, configure, and implement Salesforce ARM solutions

n• Configure and customize Revenue Cloud Advanced (RCA) and Revenue Cloud Billing (RCB)

n• Work closely with project teams, business stakeholders, and cross-functional teams

n• Provide technical recommendations and participate in solution design discussions

n• Develop Salesforce components using Apex and Lightning Web Components (LWC)

n• Support Salesforce integrations, UAT, testing, deployment, and production activities

n• Troubleshoot defects and provide timely technical resolutions

n• Ensure solution quality, scalability, performance,



and adherence to Salesforce best practices

n• Salesforce Revenue Cloud / Platform certifications are an added advantage
