Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Salesforce Data Cloud Developer role based in Delhi. The developer will design, build, and optimize data models and integrations within Salesforce Data Cloud, ensuring high-performance data pipelines and reliable data flows between Salesforce and external systems.

Responsibilities include developing and maintaining data ingestion processes, managing data transformation logic, and implementing best practices for data quality, security, and governance. The role will also involve troubleshooting issues, collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements, and translating them into scalable technical solutions. The developer will contribute to performance tuning, documentation, and continuous improvement of the data architecture and development standards.

Required Skills

- Solid hands-on experience with Salesforce Data Cloud (Data 360).
- Experience with Data Streams, Data Lake Objects (DLO), Data Model Objects (DMO), and Data Mapping.




- Expertise in Identity Resolution and Unified Customer Profiles.
- Experience creating Segments and Audience Activation.
- Hands-on experience with Calculated Insights and Data Transformations.
- Understanding of Data Governance, Consent Management, Data Spaces, and Security.
- Experience with real-time and batch data ingestion.
- Strong knowledge of customer data models and customer 360 architecture.
- Experience integrating Data Cloud with Salesforce Clouds and external systems.
- Hands-on experience with Email Studio, Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Contact Builder, and Mobile Studio.
- Expertise in customer journey orchestration and campaign management.
- Experience implementing personalized and targeted marketing campaigns.
- Strong understanding of subscriber management, data extensions, and audience segmentation.
- Knowledge of AMPscript, SQL, and Marketing Cloud best practices.
- Ability to use Data Cloud audiences and unified profiles to drive Marketing Cloud campaigns.
- Experience activating Data Cloud segments into Marketing Cloud Journeys.
- Design and implementation of real-time personalization and next-best-action use cases.
- Customer lifecycle marketing using unified customer data.
- Experience creating data-driven engagement strategies across email, mobile, and digital channels.
- Knowledge of CDP-led personalization and customer engagement frameworks.
- Experience measuring campaign effectiveness using customer insights and engagement analytics.

Preferred Certifications

- Salesforce Data Cloud Consultant Certification.
- Salesforce Marketing Cloud Consultant Certification.
- Marketing Cloud Developer Certification (preferred).
