In-House Sales Trainer

Position: In-House Sales Trainer(Training manager)

Department: Sales L&D; & Training

Industry: Automobile / Automotive Dealership

Reporting To: Head of Sales / General Manager

Job Purpose

We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic In-House Sales Trainer to develop and strengthen the sales capabilities of our automobile sales team.

The role will be responsible for conducting product, sales, customer-handling, negotiation, and process training to improve showroom performance, customer experience, conversion ratios, and overall sales productivity.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct regular training programs for Sales Consultants, Team Leaders, and Sales Managers.

Deliver product and automobile knowledge training, including vehicle features, specifications, technology, variants, pricing, finance options, accessories, and competitor comparisons.

Train the sales team on the complete customer journey, from lead generation and enquiry handling to test drive, negotiation, booking, delivery, and post-sales follow-up.
