Sales

Pipeline & Customer Engagementn* Manage day-to-day sales pipeline and lead follow-ups n

n* Conduct customer calls, product discussions and demonstrations n

n* Identify new business opportunities and convert qualified leads n2.

Sales Target

Achievementn* Own and achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets n

n* Maintain accurate sales forecasts and pipeline reports n

n* Drive the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure n3. Conferences & Workshopsn* Represent ONE Simulation at conferences, exhibitions and workshops n

n* Engage with healthcare professionals, institutions and decision-makers n

n* Generate leads and actively convert event opportunities into sales n4.



Sales-Driven Mindsetn* Strong hunger for achieving and exceeding targets n

n* Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills n

n* Proactive, energetic and comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment n

n* Willingness to travel for customer meetings, conferences and workshops n### What We’re Looking For n* Solid communication and interpersonal skills n

n* Passion for sales and business development n

n* Ability to build relationships and influence customers n
