Dorabeen helps high-ticket service businesses (interior designers, builders, clinics, consultants) get qualified appointments through AI-driven client acquisition systems — not just leads.

We're looking for a sharp, technically-minded Setter/Closer who can confidently sell our AI Conversion System to business owners across India. If you understand tech well enough to explain an AI system in simple terms, and you know how to move a prospect from "interested" to "signed," this is for you.

What you'll do:

- Handle inbound and outbound conversations with prospects (calls, WhatsApp, DMs)
- Qualify leads and set appointments where needed
- Run sales calls end-to-end — pitch, handle objections, and close deals
- Explain our AI Conversion System (Meta Ads + AI voice calling + WhatsApp automation) clearly to non-technical business owners
- Follow up consistently using our CRM and WhatsApp closing sequences
- Report pipeline status and closing numbers weekly

Who we're looking for:

- BTech graduate (any branch) — you should be comfortable enough with tech to understand and explain our system confidently
- Proven experience in sales, setting, or closing (agency, SaaS, or high-ticket services preferred)
- Fluent in English, Telugu, and Hindi (additional languages are a solid plus — we deal with clients across multiple regions)
- Strong objection-handling skills — you can handle "it's too expensive," "let me think about it," "send me details on WhatsApp," etc., without losing the deal




- Excellent communication and listening skills — you sell by understanding the client's problem, not by pitching harder
- Self-driven, comfortable with commission-linked upside, and consistent with follow-ups (deals rarely close on the first call)
- Familiarity with CRMs, WhatsApp Business, or sales pipelines is a bonus

Compensation:

- ₹10,000/month standard
- 5% commission on every deal closed, calculated on the proposal amount
- Uncapped earning potential — the more you close, the more you earn
