Role Description The Sales &

- Service Engineer is a full-time hybrid role based in Ahmedabad, with some flexibility for work-from-home tasks when appropriate. This role involves providing in office and remote technical support for weighing controllers, scales, automation systems, and related equipment. Daily activities include installation, commissioning, preventive maintenance, and repair of instruments, as well as troubleshooting technical issues and coordinating with internal teams to resolve complex problems. The Sales &
- Service Engineer will also engage in field service visits, demonstrate products,



support sales inquiries with technical insights, and maintain accurate service documentation and customer records. Collaboration with customers to understand their requirements and ensure high service quality is a key part of this position.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Troubleshooting and Technical Support skills for industrial instruments and automation systems.
- Candidates should possess solid Field Service experience and Maintenance &
- Repair skills for on-site customer support.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills for interacting with customers, sales teams, and technical staff.
- Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, Mechanical, or a related engineering field.
- Basic understanding of weighing systems, sensors, load cells, and industrial automation will be an advantage.
- Ability to travel to customer locations, manage multiple service assignments, and work safely in industrial environments.
- Proficiency in using common diagnostic tools, reading technical manuals, and preparing clear service reports.
- Relevant experience in after-sales service, customer support, or technical sales in industrial equipment is preferred.
