- Generate and handle enquiries for overseas job opportunities.
- Counsel candidates regarding international recruitment processes.
- Convert enquiries into successful placements through effective sales techniques.
- Follow up with prospective candidates by phone, WhatsApp, email, and in person.
- Maintain excellent relationships with candidates and clients.
- Coordinate with the documentation and operations teams.
- Achieve monthly admission and placement targets.
- Maintain accurate records in CRM/Excel and submit daily reports.
- Promote company services through social media and other marketing channels.

Eligibility

- Minimum 1-3 years of sales experience (experience in overseas recruitment, consultancy, HR, education, banking, insurance, or service sales is preferred).




- Freshers with exceptional communication and sales skills may also apply.

Required Skills

- Excellent communication skills in English and Malayalam.
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Positive attitude with a customer-focused approach.
- Ability to work under targets and deadlines.
- Good computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, Internet, and WhatsApp Business).
- Qualified appearance and pleasant personality.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
