- Work with Milkcrop, a growing dairy startup delivering fresh farm milk to homes across Hyderabad.
- Make calls to potential customers and convince them to start using Milkcrop services.
- Generate new customers and contribute to business growth through sales activities.
- Plan and execute customer-focused marketing activities.
- Manage existing customers through regular follow-ups and engagement.
- Build strong customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Work as part of the core team at the company's Banjara Hills office.
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers.
- Explain Milkcrop's products and services effectively.
- Convert leads into new customers.
- Follow up with prospects and close sales.
- Achieve assigned sales and customer acquisition targets.
Marketing
- Support marketing activities and customer communication strategies.
- Plan how products and services should be presented to customers.
- Identify suitable channels and approaches for customer acquisition.
- Contribute ideas for improving sales and marketing performance.
Customer Management
- Maintain regular communication with customers.
- Follow up with existing customers to ensure satisfaction.
- Address customer concerns and support customer retention.
- Build long-term relationships with customers.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Ability to communicate fluently in:
- Telugu
- Hindi
- English
- Confident and effective telephone communication skills.
- Previous experience in sales, telecalling, or marketing.
- Strong persuasion and customer-handling skills.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented.
- Ability to work independently and take responsibility.
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced startup workplace.
- Must have a personal laptop.
