Job Title: Sales & Marketing Engineer / Application Engineer

Roles & Responsibilities

Generate new business opportunities through field visits and customer interactions.

Promote and sell industrial instrumentation and automation products.

Understand customer requirements and provide suitable technical solutions.

Prepare quotations, follow up with customers, and close sales opportunities.

Provide application support and coordinate with customers for technical discussions.

Develop and maintain solid relationships with OEMs, End Users, EPC contractors, and System Integrators.

Coordinate with the back-office team for order processing and customer support.

Achieve assigned sales targets and submit regular sales activity reports.

Required Skills

Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Good spoken English, Hindi, and regional language preferred.

Experience in field sales and customer handling.

Basic technical understanding of industrial instrumentation, automation, or engineering products.

Ability to prepare quotations and coordinate with the back-office team.





Strong application sales and technical sales aptitude.

Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.

Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Candidate Requirements

Experience: Minimum 2 years

Educational Qualification: Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech / B.Sc.

Age Criteria: No specific age limit

Compensation

Salary: 3.00 4.00 LPA (CTC), based on experience and interview performance.

Working Schedule

Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Working Hours: 9:30 AM to 7:00 PM

Lunch Break: 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM

Weekly Off: Sunday

Holidays: National Holidays only
