Role Description The Sales Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Jaipur, responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding Ohi’s customer base. Day-to-day responsibilities include identifying and qualifying leads, managing the sales pipeline, conducting product demos, and closing new business opportunities. The role involves building and maintaining solid relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and collaborating with internal teams to tailor solutions and improve the customer experience.

The Sales

Manager will monitor market trends, develop sales strategies, prepare forecasts and reports,



and ensure consistent achievement of sales targets. This position also includes mentoring sales team members, implementing best practices, and representing Ohi at meetings, events, and presentations.

Qualifications

- Demonstrated skills in lead generation, prospecting, and sales pipeline management.
- Experience in consultative selling, negotiation, and closing deals with diverse client profiles.
- Ability to develop and execute sales strategies, set targets, and analyze performance metrics.
- Solid relationship-building, stakeholder management, and customer success orientation.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English; Hindi proficiency is an advantage.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced startup environment and adapting to evolving products and processes.
- Proficiency with CRM tools, sales reporting, and basic data analysis to inform decision-making.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; relevant sales leadership experience is highly preferred.
- Background in tech, social media, or digital products is beneficial, along with a genuine interest in online communities and user experience.
