Sales Manager-Staffing/RPO/MSP

Experience

- 7+ years in enterprise sales within MSP RPO, Total Talent, Staffing, or HR Tech.

- Recent client aquisition

- Must have experience in GCC enterprise level of sales

- Strong exposure to

Indian enterprise and multinational clients

.

Skills & Competencies

- Consultative, solution-led selling mindset

(beyond transactional staffing).

- In person meeting with clients

- Strong commercial acumen and advanced deal negotiation skills

.

- Ability to influence senior stakeholders and navigate long sales cycles

.

- Comfortable working with global stakeholders in matrixed teams

.

Knowledge

- Deep understanding of:

- Staffing/MSP/RPO sales

- Talent Acquisition operating models

- Hiring tech ecosystems

(ATS, CRM, AI sourcing tools)

- Workforce planning and scalability in India
