Job Purpose To drive sales growth, develop new business opportunities, strengthen customer relationships, and expand Bharat Cranes' market presence across manufacturing, engineering, automotive, warehousing, logistics, and industrial sectors.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development

- Identify and generate new business opportunities for EOT cranes, gantry cranes, jib cranes, monorail cranes, hoists, and crane services.
- Develop relationships with OEMs, manufacturing companies, warehouses, EPC contractors, and industrial clients.
- Conduct regular customer visits and project site meetings.
- Generate inquiries through networking, referrals, digital platforms, and industrial associations.

Sales & Revenue Generation
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Prepare techno-commercial proposals and quotations.
- Negotiate pricing and contract terms with customers.
- Convert inquiries into confirmed orders.

Key Account Management





- Maintain robust relationships with existing customers.
- Identify opportunities for repeat business, modernization, AMC contracts, and crane servicing.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction and timely resolution of concerns.

Market Expansion

- Explore new markets across Maharashtra and India.
- Monitor competitor activities, pricing trends, and market opportunities.
- Identify upcoming industrial and infrastructure projects requiring material handling solutions.

Coordination & Project Support
- Coordinate with design, production, and service teams for smooth project execution.
- Ensure timely delivery, installation, and commissioning of cranes.
- Follow up on payments and collections.
