Key Responsibilities

- Drive revenue growth by selling our Conversational AI solutions to banks, NBFCs, insurance and other enterprises.
- Identify, qualify, and close current business opportunities/leads.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers including CXOs, Heads of Digital, IT, Customer Experience, and Marketing.
- Manage end-to-end sales cycles including lead generation, pitch, negotiations, closure, and handover to the delivery team.
- Understand client challenges and position our conversational AI platform as a solution to their business needs.
- Work closely with product, and marketing teams to develop proposals, demos, and presentations tailored to client requirements.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activity,



and regulatory changes affecting the BFSI sector.

Requirements

- Proven track record of selling Conversational AI, SaaS or technology solutions to small, medium and large-scale enterprises (mainly – NBFC clients).
- Understanding of the banking, financial services, or insurance landscape in India.
- Experience in selling solutions like AI, automation, chatbots, or customer engagement platforms is preferred.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Self-driven, result-oriented, and capable of working independently.

Preferred Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA is a plus).
- Prior experience working with or selling to large private/public sector banks, NBFCs, or insurance companies.

Experience Required : 5–10 years in B2B enterprise sales (preferably in BFSI tech) Industry : AI / Fintech / BFSI/ SaaS
