nRole Overview

nWe are looking for an experienced B2B Insurance Sales Leader to drive new

nbusiness, build and manage the sales pipeline, and lead a high-performing sales team

nfocused primarily on SME/MSME and mid-market clients.

nThe role can be mapped to Sales Manager / AVP / VP based on experience, existing





nclient network and leadership capability.

nKey Responsibilities

n● Drive recent business acquisition across SME, MSME and mid-market

nsegments.

n● Build and manage a strong sales pipeline and ensure achievement of

npremium/revenue targets.

n● Lead the complete sales cycle: Prospecting → Meeting → Requirement →

nQuote → Negotiation → Closure.

n● Develop relationships with Founders, CFOs, HR Heads and other senior

ndecision-makers.

n● Build and maintain a solid SME/MSME client network and prospect funnel.

n● Lead, mentor and monitor the performance of the sales team.

n● Drive cross-selling across Employee Benefits and Commercial Insurance
