Nobody teaches sales. Every company wants an AE with two years of experience, and no one can tell you where those two years are supposed to come from. This role is where they come from.
You'll learn B2B sales from the ground up, selling real engagements to real founders, with structured training from a sales coach who trains and coaches leaders at companies like Accenture and IBM. You start with prospecting and pipeline, you grow into running full deal cycles yourself, and if you're good, this converts into a full-time sales role with a fixed salary and commission. We're taking on two people for this, and we're telling you the whole path upfront.
YOU'LL WORK ON
- Prospecting and pipeline: Building lists of companies that fit who we serve, researching them properly, and reaching out in a way that doesn't feel like spam because it isn't. Email, LinkedIn, communities. Your first scoreboard is simple: qualified meetings booked.
- Learning the craft: Structured sales training from day one. Discovery, qualification, objection handling, negotiation, follow-up. Not YouTube-course theory. Coaching from someone who does this for leadership teams at some of the biggest companies in the world, applied immediately to live pipeline.
- Running deal cycles: As you get good, you take deals end to end. Our entry engagement is a fixed-scope GTM diagnostic priced at ₹50,000: one decision-maker, a tight pitch, a real close. You'll run these yourself, with support until you don't need it.
- Sales operations: Keeping the CRM honest, tracking what's working across channels and messages, and helping refine the pitch based on what founders actually say. You'll see how a sales motion gets built, because you'll be building it.
Some weeks you'll be deep in list building. Some weeks you'll be on calls back to back. Some weeks you'll be rewriting an email sequence because the data says the old one is dead. It changes constantly, and that's the point. If you want a role where someone hands you a script and a dialer, this isn't it.
If you want to actually learn how B2B deals get found, worked, and won, keep reading.
WHO YOU ARE
- You want a career in sales. Not "open to it". You've thought about it and you want it, and you want somewhere that will actually train you.
- Rejection doesn't break you. You can hear no fifteen times, figure out what to change, and send the sixteenth message anyway.
- You're curious about businesses : Why companies buy things, how founders think, what makes one pitch land and another die.
- Organised and honest with numbers: Pipeline only works if the CRM reflects reality, including the ugly parts.
- You write well enough to be trusted in a founder's inbox. Explicit, short, human.
HOW THIS ROLE WORKS The role has three stages, and moving through them depends on performance, not time served alone.
- Months 1 to 3: unpaid internship. Part-time or full-time, whatever your schedule allows. You get trained, you do real work, and we both find out if this is a fit.
- Months 4 onwards: paid internship with a monthly stipend. Part-time or full-time, depending on your availability.
- Full time conversion happens after 3 months of the paid internship, or when you graduate if you're still studying, whichever is later. We're not hiring an intern, we're training our first finance hire.
If your circumstances change along the way, talk to us and we'll work it out case by case. WHAT WE OFFER
- A full-time offer path from day one
- Real work from day one. No busywork, no coffee runs. Real numbers, real stakes, real decisions.
- Direct access to the founder. You're not three layers away from decisions, you're in the room.
- Flexible working hours (we care about output, not when you're online)
- Remote-first with occasional in-person time in Bangalore
- A monthly stipend once the role converts to a paid internship
- You'll leave with something almost no fresher has: a track record. Meetings booked, deals closed, numbers you can put in front of any future employer.
ABOUT THAT WORKS We're a GTM infrastructure agency. That means we build the systems, processes, and workflows that make businesses feel easy to run and genuinely seamless to grow. The stuff most companies skip, patch together badly, or outsource to someone who doesn't really get it. We get it.
Our whole belief, the thing we'd tattoo on the wall, is that when you have the right systems in place, growth stops being a struggle and starts being an obvious consequence. It just happens. That's what we're building towards, for our clients and for ourselves.
We're fixers and builders and designers. We can hold the 30,000-foot view and the tiniest detail at the same time without losing our minds. We're systems thinkers who somehow ended up being some of the most creative people in most rooms. We love AI and encourage its use, but also know where it can help us and where it can hurt us.
Most importantly! We know how to have a really, really good time. The work is exciting, the problems are interesting, and we've made a collective decision to actually enjoy what we do. If that sounds like your kind of place, we'd love to meet you.
THE APPLICATION PROCESS
- AI first, not AI-always: We love AI, so we know where it helps. Recruitment isn't one of those places. We don't use AI to screen, and we ask that you don't use it to apply.
- You are more than your resume: We care about who you are, how you think, and where you want to go. Half-formed, messy brain dumps over polished, sanitised paragraphs. Give us a peek into your brain.
- Every application gets a response: A real response from a real person, within 2 working days. Actual feedback, honest reasons, and whatever value we can add.
