We are looking for a motivated and confident Sales Executive with excellent communication skills and a valuable command of English. The ideal candidate should be customer-focused, target-oriented, and able to build solid relationships with clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new sales opportunities through calls, emails, and other channels.
- Communicate with potential and existing customers to understand their requirements.
- Explain products/services clearly and professionally to customers.
- Follow up with leads and convert them into successful sales.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure excellent customer service.
- Handle customer queries and resolve issues professionally.
- Provide regular sales reports and updates to management.
Requirements
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Valuable interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Confident and professional personality.
- Strong customer-handling and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office/CRM tools.
- Previous sales or business development experience is preferred.
