Position: Sales Executive – Hotel Industry

Job Summary

Recruza Alliance is looking for a dynamic and target-oriented Sales Executive to join the hotel industry in Bareilly. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating recent business, developing client relationships, promoting hotel services, and achieving sales and revenue targets.

The candidate should have excellent communication and negotiation skills, a customer-focused approach, and the ability to build strong relationships with corporate clients, travel partners, event organizers, and individual customers.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate new business opportunities for the hotel through various sales channels.
- Identify and approach potential corporate, individual, travel, and event clients.
- Promote hotel rooms, banquet facilities, conference halls, food & beverage services, and other hospitality offerings.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Conduct client meetings, property visits, presentations, and sales calls.
- Handle corporate and group booking enquiries and coordinate with the hotel operations team.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and commercial offers based on client requirements.
- Negotiate rates and packages within approved company guidelines.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales and revenue targets.
- Follow up on leads, enquiries, proposals, and pending business opportunities.
- Maintain an updated database of clients, prospects, and sales activities.
- Coordinate with Front Office, Reservations, F&B;, Banquets, and other departments to ensure smooth execution of bookings.
- Participate in local marketing activities, exhibitions, business events, and networking opportunities.
- Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and customer preferences.




- Collect customer feedback and ensure a high level of client satisfaction.
- Prepare regular sales reports and share performance updates with management.

Candidate Requirements
- Graduate/Diploma in Hotel Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
- 2-3 years of experience in hotel sales, hospitality sales, business development, or a similar role preferred.
- Strong knowledge of hotel sales and hospitality services.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Proven ability to generate leads and convert prospects into business.
- Strong networking and relationship-building abilities.
- Customer-focused and target-oriented approach.
- Good knowledge of MS Office and basic CRM/sales reporting tools.
- Ability to travel locally for client meetings and business development activities.

Compensation & Benefits
- Competitive salary: 25,000 - 35,000 based on experience and skills.
