We are hiring Sales Executives for a Real Estate Sales Process. The role involves handling prospective real estate customers, understanding their requirements, generating and converting leads, coordinating site visits, and achieving sales targets.
Freshers with strong sales and communication skills can also apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls with prospective real estate customers.
- Understand customer requirements and provide detailed information about projects.
- Generate, qualify, and convert leads into potential customers.
- Follow up with leads regularly and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Schedule and coordinate site visits with prospective customers.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and performance goals.
- Maintain accurate lead and customer records in the CRM.
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth lead conversion.
- Provide excellent customer service throughout the sales process.
Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate.
- Prior sales experience, preferably in Real Estate, BFSI, Telecom,
or related industries.
- Freshers with strong sales and communication skills may also apply.
- Excellent English and Hindi communication skills.
- Good convincing and negotiation skills.
- Basic computer and CRM knowledge.
