(JD) – Outside Sales Executive (Real Estate)

nAbout the Role

nWe are looking for dynamic and target-driven Outside Sales Executives (Male & Female) to join our team in Hinjewadi Phase 2, Pune. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads through field visits and outbound calling, meeting prospective clients face-to-face, and driving sales for our real estate projects (rental and resale properties). This role requires extensive travel within Pune for client meetings, property site visits, and business development activities, along with regular telecalling for lead follow-ups.

nKey Responsibilities

nConduct daily field visits to meet prospective clients, property owners, landlords, and tenants.

nMake outbound calls to potential clients for lead generation, follow-ups, and appointment scheduling.

nGenerate leads through on-ground activities such as site visits, property inspections, and door-to-door outreach.

nPresent and explain property features, pricing, rental terms, resale value, and investment advantages to clients.

nBuild and maintain strong relationships with clients, real estate agents, and channel partners.

nHandle client queries, objections, and negotiations effectively to close deals.

nCoordinate with the inside sales team for lead handover and follow-up management.





nMaintain accurate records of client interactions, visit reports, call logs, and sales progress in the CRM/system.

nAchieve monthly sales targets and conversion goals.

nGather market intelligence on competitor projects, pricing trends, and customer preferences.

nPrepare daily visit reports and call reports, and share feedback with the reporting manager.

nRequired Skills & Qualifications

nGraduate in any discipline.

n2–4 years of experience in Outside Sales, Field Sales, Real Estate Sales, or Property Advisory.

nProven track record of achieving sales targets in a field sales role.

nExperience in both field visits and telecalling for lead generation and follow-ups.

nExcellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

nStrong convincing ability and relationship-building skills.

nBasic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools, mobile apps for reporting).

nMust have a valid driving license (two-wheeler/four-wheeler).

nOwn vehicle (two-wheeler/four-wheeler) is preferred.

nWillingness to travel extensively within Pune for client meetings and site visits.
