nRole Overview

nWe are looking for a B2B Sales Executive who can independently manage the sales

nfunnel from lead generation to closure and build a strong pipeline of SME/MSME

nclients.

nKey Responsibilities

n● Generate leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, LinkedIn and other

nchannels.





n● Prospect and qualify SME/MSME businesses and identify decision-makers.

n● Manage the complete sales cycle: Lead → Meeting → Requirement → Quote

n→ Negotiation → Closure.

n● Sell and cross-sell insurance solutions including GMC, GPA, GTL, Workmen

nCompensation, Property, Marine, Cyber, Liability and SME insurance.

n● Maintain an active sales pipeline and achieve premium/revenue targets.

n● Build long-term relationships with Founders, HR Heads, CFOs and

nFinance/Admin heads.

n● Maintain accurate CRM and follow-up records.

n● Coordinate with internal placement and servicing teams for smooth client

nonboarding.
