Educational Qualification

* B.Com / BBA

- B.Sc. / B.Tech. in Food Technology / Food Science
- Food Technologist
- Equivalent qualification in a relevant field

Key Responsibilities

* Generate new business opportunities through cold calling and customer follow-ups.

- Handle customers through phone, WhatsApp, email and other online platforms.
- Visit existing and potential customers for business development.
- Handle customers from beverage, bakery and ice cream industries.
- Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate product solutions.
- Identify and understand customer problems related to flavors, beverages, bakery products and ice cream applications.
- Coordinate with the technical/R&D; team to help solve customer application and product-related problems.
- Conduct customer visits, product discussions and sample trials when required.
- Collect customer feedback and coordinate internally for suitable solutions.
- Explain company products and solutions to customers.
- Coordinate with the back-office, technical and production teams for quotations, samples and orders.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with customers.
- Maintain customer visit and sales records.
- Develop and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Achieve assigned sales and business development targets.

- Interest in the food, beverage and flavor industry.
- Willingness to travel for customer visits.
- Positive attitude and confidence in dealing with customers.

- Ability to work independently as well as with a team.
- Freshers with a strong interest in sales, food technology and business development are encouraged to apply.

Job Details

* Working Hours: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM

- Field Work: Yes – customer visits and business development
- Salary: ₹24,000 – ₹30,000 per month + Incentives
- Job Type: Full-time
- Location: Ahmedabad
