• Admissions team. The role involves connecting with prospective students, understanding their career goals, counselling them about suitable courses, and converting qualified leads into admissions. /n /n Key Responsibilities /n /n • Contact prospective students and parents through assigned leads. /n • Explain Aerostar Edge courses, fees, duration, batches and learning formats. /n • Understand student requirements and recommend suitable programmes. /n • Conduct telephonic counselling and generate centre visits/counselling appointments. /n • Follow up consistently with interested prospects and convert leads into admissions. /n • Handle queries and objections related to courses, fees, placements and admissions. /n • Maintain accurate lead information and follow-ups in the CRM. /n • Achieve daily calling,
