nnRole Description

nnThe Senior Sales Engineer will be responsible for driving sales of suspension springs, fabricated parts, and sub-assemblies to Automotive OEMs and other customers.

nnThe role involves identifying new business opportunities, visiting customer sites, conducting technical discussions, and presenting product solutions that meet customer requirements. The Senior Sales Engineer will also manage existing accounts, prepare and follow up on quotations, coordinate with Engineering and Production teams, and ensure timely order execution.

nnThe position requires regular field travel within the region, tracking market trends, gathering customer feedback, supporting product trials, and maintaining accurate sales reports and forecasts. The role will work closely with cross-functional teams to achieve sales targets and build long-term customer relationships.

nnKey Responsibilities

nn Identify and develop new business opportunities with Automotive OEMs and other customers.

nBuild and maintain robust relationships with existing and potential customers.

n Manage key customer accounts and support repeat business.

nConduct customer visits, technical discussions, and product presentations.

n Understand customer requirements and propose suitable product solutions.

nPrepare quotations and coordinate quotation follow-ups.

n Coordinate with Engineering, Production, Quality, and other internal teams for customer requirements and order execution.

nSupport new product development, product trials, and customer approvals.

n Gather customer feedback and identify opportunities for business growth.

nTrack market trends,



competitor activities, and new business opportunities.

n Maintain accurate sales reports, forecasts, and customer records.

nAchieve assigned sales targets and contribute to revenue growth.

n Undertake regular field travel for customer meetings and business development.

nOverall brand management, including social media and digital media planning and execution.

nnQualifications

nn Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automobile Engineering, or a related field.

n3–5 years of experience in B2B Automotive Component Sales / OEM Sales.

n Experience in automotive components, suspension systems, fabricated parts, or related products will be preferred.

nStrong Sales Engineering and business development skills.

n Ability to understand technical requirements and translate them into practical product solutions.

nExperience in Account Management and customer relationship management.

n Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

nProficiency in MS Office; familiarity with CRM tools will be an advantage.

n Willingness to undertake regular field travel.

nCandidates should be comfortable working on-site at Halol, Gujarat.
