Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and organized Sales Coordinator to support the sales team in managing customer enquiries, quotations, sales orders, documentation, follow-ups, and coordination with internal departments. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication, coordination, follow-up, and MS Office skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth execution of sales activities.
- Handle customer enquiries through phone, email, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
- Prepare quotations, sales orders, invoices, proposals, and other sales-related documents.
- Follow up with customers regarding quotations, orders, payments, and deliveries.
- Maintain and update customer databases, sales records, enquiry reports, and order status.
- Coordinate with Accounts, Dispatch, Production, Purchase, Logistics, and other departments for timely order execution.
- Track sales orders from enquiry to delivery and ensure timely follow-up.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports and MIS.
- Maintain records of customer communications, enquiries, quotations, and orders.
- Assist Sales Executives and Sales Managers in preparing presentations, proposals, and reports.
- Coordinate customer meetings, appointments, product demonstrations, and follow-ups.
- Monitor pending orders, deliveries, payments, and customer requirements.




- Handle customer complaints and coordinate with the concerned department for resolution.
- Support the sales team in achieving monthly and annual sales targets.
- Maintain qualified relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Ensure timely communication of customer requirements to the concerned departments.
- Perform other sales coordination and administrative duties assigned by management.

- Professional attitude and willingness to learn.

Experience
- 1–3 years of experience in Sales Coordination, Sales Support, Customer Service, Business Development, or a similar role.
- Experience in handling quotations, orders, customer follow-ups, and sales MIS will be preferred.
- Freshers with excellent communication and computer skills may also be considered.

Salary: As per experience, skills,

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
