Key Performance Areas (KPA)
Order Management: Process, track, and monitor sales orders from initiation to final fulfilment.
Client Liaison: Handle customer inquiries and provide timely, accurate responses.
Internal Coordination: Coordinate with the sales and production teams to ensure smooth order execution.
Reporting: Maintain accurate sales records and generate reports as required.
Payment Follow-up: Provide polite and professional reminders to clients for pending or due payments.
Sample Follow-up: Coordinate with the factory for customer sample requests and ensur
