Summary of the Position:

Designation: Sales Coordinator

Department: NDT Sales

Job Profile:

- Prepare and submit sales offers and quotations.
- Handle the complete tender process, including documentation and submission.
- Manage vendor registration and related documentation.




- Prepare and maintain monthly sales reports.
- Follow up on quotations with customers and ensure timely closure.
- Conduct cold calling and coordinate with prospective customers.
- Coordinate with internal departments such as Sales, Purchase, Finance, and Operations.
- Maintain proper records of offers, tenders, quotations, and customer follow-ups.

Required Skills

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong team coordination and interdepartmental coordination.
- Good follow-up and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Good knowledge of MS Office/Excel.
- Experience in sales coordination, tendering, or industrial/engineering companies will be an advantage.

Qualification :

- Graduate in Engineering / Commerce / Business Administration or a relevant field.
- 3-5 years of experience in Sales Coordination, Sales Support, Tendering or a similar role.
- Experience in industrial products / engineering products / B2B sales will be preferred.
