- Coordinate with distributors, dealers, and clients for order processing and product requirements.
- Handle daily sales inquiries and provide product information to customers.
- Maintain sales data, prepare sales reports, and update order status in the system.
- Follow up with distributors for payments, orders, and delivery schedules.
- Communicate with the production and dispatch team to ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Resolve customer queries professionally and maintain strong client relationships.
- Prepare quotations, price lists, and required sales documents.
- Support the sales team with administrative tasks and coordination activities.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to coordinate with distributors and communicate effectively with clients.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, email communication, and sales documentation.
- Prior experience in sales back office, customer support, or coordination roles (preferred).
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently and follow up proactively.
