Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and maintain MIS reports and daily sales reports.

- Make outbound calls for lead follow-ups and sales coordination.

- Maintain and regularly update the sales database and CRM records.

- Handle and respond to customer/sales-related queries through calls and emails.

- Coordinate with the sales team for lead updates, follow-ups, and required information.

- Ensure accurate and timely updating of sales-related data and records.

Required Skills

- 0-1 years of experience, freshers can apply too.

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.

- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and reporting.

- Good follow-up and coordination skills.

- Comfortable making outbound calls.

- Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
