LaunchX100 is a software development agency helping businesses and founders build websites, mobile apps, CRMs, custom software, and complete digital products.

We’re looking for a Sales Executive who can take ownership of leads, follow up consistently, understand customer requirements, and convert potential clients into paying customers.

This role is ideal for someone who is confident in communication, comfortable speaking with prospects, and understands that consistent follow-up is the key to closing sales.

What You’ll Work On

- Following up with new and existing leads
- Calling and communicating with potential customers
- Understanding client requirements and business needs
- Explaining our software development and digital product services
- Handling sales inquiries through phone, WhatsApp, email, and other channels
- Maintaining regular follow-ups with prospects
- Converting qualified leads into customers
- Scheduling meetings between prospects and the technical/team members
- Preparing and sharing basic proposals or quotations when required
- Maintaining lead and follow-up records
- Re-engaging old and inactive leads
- Building long-term relationships with potential clients

What We’re Looking For
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Confident speaking skills in Hindi and English
- Strong follow-up and persuasion skills
- Ability to handle sales calls professionally
- Comfortable communicating with business owners, founders, and decision-makers
- Basic understanding of websites, apps, software, or digital services is a plus
- Target-oriented and self-motivated
- Good organization and time-management skills
- Ability to consistently follow up without losing track of leads
- Willingness to learn and improve sales techniques
- Previous experience in sales, telecalling, business development, or lead generation is preferred but not mandatory





Responsibilities
- Contact and follow up with leads generated through different channels
- Understand the prospect's requirements and identify potential opportunities
- Explain LaunchX100’s services clearly and professionally
- Maintain a proper follow-up schedule for every lead
- Track conversations, requirements, and sales status
- Follow up until the lead is converted, rejected, or becomes inactive
- Coordinate with the internal team for meetings, quotations, and project discussions
- Meet monthly sales and conversion targets
- Provide regular updates on lead status and sales progress
- Suggest ways to improve the sales and follow-up process

Compensation ₹15,000–₹18,000 per month, depending on experience and performance.

Performance incentives/commission may be provided based on sales and results.
