- Monitor the work site to ensure that all employees and workers maintain secure work practices.
- Regularly inspect the work site for potential hazards.
- Ensure daily toolbox talks and weekly safety meetings are conducted on safety-related issues.
- Audit all work-related permits under the Permit to Work system, ensuring that all conditions are suitable before work begins.
- Conduct weekly coordination meetings with site management to introduce high-risk activities and outline basic safety requirements.
- Create analytical reports based on safety data.
- Review and report on staff compliance with health and safety rules, recommending commendations or disciplinary action based on performance.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of Safety Training, Risk Assessment & Hazard Analysis, with willingness to learn Auditing, Site Inspection, and MS Office applications.
