- Logistics Executive to act as the face of our brand. This is a high-yield, fast-paced field role designed for professionals who excel at direct sales, customer relationship management, and flawless logistical execution.

Core Responsibilities

Sales &

• Territory Expansion: Actively promote our services and pitch monthly subscription passes to local residents. You are required to consistently achieve a minimum of 70% of daily acquisition targets to maintain active employment. Zone-Restricted Logistics: Execute all pickups and deliveries within a strict, designated geographic radius to maximize your route efficiency.

Mandatory Quality Assurance: You must meticulously count and photograph every garment at the customer's doorstep using a GPS-timestamped camera application prior to transit.

Note: You assume liability for any garment documented at pickup that does not arrive safely at the operational base.

Premium Client SLAs: Prioritize our subscription pass-holders. You must meet strict Service Level Agreements (SLAs) for pass-holder pickups to maintain your active daily commission structure.



Administration &

- Settlement: Manage daily digital (UPI) and cash payment collections. You must execute a 100% accurate daily settlement of all funds at the end of your shift.

Requirements Mandatory Assets: You must personally own a reliable two-wheeler and a smartphone capable of running GPS tracking and heavy application usage. (A power bank is highly recommended).

Language Proficiency: Must be fluent in Marathi (for effective local customer engagement) and English (for qualified communication and application usage).

Education: Graduation is preferred.

Skills: Exceptional communication, politeness, and high operational stamina.

Bonus: Prior knowledge of different fabrics, garment types, and dry-cleaning standards.

Compensation Structure This is a highly lucrative, commission-centric role where your take-home pay is dictated by your work ethic.

Expected Earnings: ₹30,000 to ₹42,000 per month based on achieving optimal daily pickup volumes and pass sales.

Fixed Allowance: A guaranteed base of ₹2,000 per month specifically allocated for petrol and travel within your designated zone.

The Breakdown: You earn daily piece-rate commissions for every item processed (Ironing, Wash &

- Fold, Dry Cleaning) and flat-rate bonuses for every subscription pass sold.
