Germany FRC (Risk)- Executive-Mumbai Job details (Executive) • Proposed Designation: Executive • Type: Full-time • Reporting to: Senior/Assistant Manager/Manager/Senior Manager • Geo Supported: Primarily Germany (other European countries possible) • Work Timings: Standard India hours Ø You will support clients in implementing risk management regulations by designing compliant frameworks, providing training, and developing tools for monitoring and reporting. Ø You will evaluate the adequacy and effectiveness of the implemented risk management processes, methods and models. Ø You will check compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, ensuring adherence to relevant standards such ICAAP, and local supervisory guidelines, while identifying gaps and recommending corrective actions. Educational qualifications · Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Mathematics, Natural Sciences, or related fields. · Certificates as CFA; FRM or similar are a plus.



Work experience § The candidate must have 1 year of relevant post qualification experience in a similar role, preferably with a Big4 accounting firm § Robust understanding of : Ø Banking business models and Bank-specific products Ø Risk control / Risk management processes Ø Processes and methods relating to risk inventory, strategy risk-bearing capacity and stress testing § Hands-on experience in at least one of below areas: Ø Management/controlling of : Ø Credit Risk – e.g., portfolio modeling and limit systems Ø Market Risk – e.g., modeling interest rate/Credit spread and FX risk Ø Liquidity Risk – e.g., stress scenarios, deposit modeling Ø Non-Financial Risks – e.g., self-assessment processes, reputational risk, risk culture § Familiarity with model development/validation , risk data aggregation (BCBS 239) , and international regulatory frameworks (Basel, CRR, IRRBB, CSRBB, ICAAP, ECB Guides, EBA Guidelines – nice to have).
